IT Requirements Engineer (m/w/d)

Was Sie erwartet

  • Anforderungen zusammen mit dem Product Owner, Stakeholdern und den fachlichen Experten in einem cross-funktionalen, selbst-organisierten Entwicklungsteam festlegen.
  • Sammeln, analysieren und priorisieren der Anforderungen von Kunden und Anwendern.
  • Die Anforderungen in Epics und User Stories übersetzen.
  • Testen der Implementierung mit den Akzeptanzkriterien in Abstimmung mit dem Entwicklungsteam.
  • Dokumentieren und visualisieren von Systemanforderungen sowie Akzeptanztests.
  • Metriken mitentwickeln um den Erfolg der implementierten Features zu messen.
  • Zusammen mit den Teammitgliedern firmeninterne Methoden und Standards in einem agilen Entwicklungsumfeld mitgestalten.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Studium mit technischen Inhalten (z.B. der Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss bzw. Berufserfahrung. Auch andere Studiengänge sind gerne gesehen, solange sie relevante technische Kenntnisse in ihrem Werdegang erworben haben.
  • Erfahrungen im Anforderungsmanagement.
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
  • Fähigkeit, auch komplexe Zusammenhänge zu durchschauen, diese zu durchdringen und auf ihren Kern zurückzuführen sowie Dritten leicht zugänglich zu machen.
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Freude an Teamwork und eine positive Haltung zu agilen Vorgehensmodellen.
  • Interesse an der Logistik- und Luftfrachtbranche.
  • Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.

Full Stack Software Developer [Ruby on Rails / React] (m/f/d)

What you can expect

What you bring to the table

  • In-depth knowledge of an object-oriented web-app framework (preferably Ruby on Rails)
  • Demonstrable experience in at least two of the following areas: Web-Frontend, Backend, Mobile, API
  • Profound knowledge of React and/or React Native is a plus
  • Experience with PostgreSQL or other SQL databases
  • Production experience with CI/CD to a Cloud Computing Platform (preferably AWS or Google Cloud)
  • You love writing testable code and helping your teammates do the same.

Go Software Developer (m/f/d)

What you can expect

  • Design, implementation and commissioning of interfaces for the business integration of our customers, business partners and various internal divisions.
  • Monitoring and support of the integration platforms involved in the data exchange (Inhouse solution); customer support
